If you find yourself in the position of deciding what to do after graduating from your undergraduate studies I know this is a hard place to be. Especially if you don’t know *exactly* what you want to do. Are you considering going for a postgraduate degree at a business school? If yes, then I believe you fall into one of the three following categories:

  1. Studied something unrelated to business and you want to gain business knowledge;
  2. Studied business but you feel you’re not adequately prepared to dive into the job market – maybe you want the backing of a big reputation, maybe you want to work in a specific geography or industry sector and you have close to 0 connections;
  3. You honestly don’t know what to do and you have no idea about how to go about making a decision.

Because if you want to make things happen (to the world or to yourself) this is the place to be. Because the people you meet here will inspire you to better yourself, to strive for more. Because LBS opens up a world of opportunity. And because you get freedom – the freedom to decide what you do with the options available to you, to create your own vision of where you want to go. LBS will definitely give you a hand in getting there.

No matter what circumstance you find yourself in, I think it’s worthwhile to keep this quote in mind – “Education is an admirable thing, but it is well to remember from time to time that nothing that is worth knowing can be taught.” (O. Wilde)

It’s all about finding your own voice.
